How can I obtain a free evaluation copy of XJTAG?

Fill in and return the evaluation request form. If your form is accepted, we will arrange for your evaluation system to be sent to you.

How do I upgrade my evaluation licence to a full licence?

Once we have received your payment, we will send you your new licence code. Use the Authorisation Codes utility to enter this code into your XJLink.

My evaluation licence has expired - can I continue my evaluation for a further short period?

Possibly - contact us and we will consider your request.

My evaluation licence has expired and I no longer wish to use the XJTAG system.

Please return your complete system to us and destroy any copies that you have made.
